Better handling the screen 16-09-2006 05:02
I wish FreeSSHd can handle the screen I/O better.
There's KpyM Telnet/SSH server, a open-sourced Telnet/SSH server licenced in BSD licence that handles screen I/O very well.

We already know about that server, and their screen I/O handling technique, it isn't something new to us, it's just we don't like loops and timers :) We just catch anything from stdout stream and send it, no console screen monitoring. That's why programs like "edit" don't work.

But maybe, in this world of dual-core processors, CPU time isn't that much of big deal after all.

I don't mean to suggest it'd be easy, but...

Console WinEvents

... looks somewhat promising.

Looks promising indeed. I'll start checking it out right away.

Thanks :)
