I have a sshd setup on one server, it works fine.I suppose to log this server as a management server, and telnet to other routers or switches, but after I type telnet x.x.x.x, nothing happened, it just return the command prompt.
Is there anybody can tell me how to do the telnet?

Thanks,
David

ok... i think what freesshd is doing is grabbingthe results of each command and sendinf it back to you

try this: use putty and set up port forwarding.

ex:
putty listens on your client computer at port 5191 to tunnel to 192.168.0.1:23
putty also listens on port 5192 to tunnel to 192.168.0.2:23

so then it will tunnel telnet for you, and you can connect to each one easily
