FreeSSHd 1.05
Env: Windows 2003

I too see freeSSH refuse connections at some time; it may be that more than 1 user was served. FreeSSH has to be killed and restarted again to start serving again...

Other than that, FreeSSHd is the best Windows SSH daemon port I've seen in case of usability. The Windows OpenSSH port is unstable at best; I am currently testing BitVise WinSSHd, which is currently the most stable SSH daemon I know of on Windows 2003.

Hi VictorV,

I'm aware of the problem. A fix will be released in a couple of days... or maybe even today :) So be sure to check our website now and then...

Well, I fixed a bug concerning starting and stopping the servers, I think everything should work now fine. Please notify me if it doesn't :(

Please note that my report does not have anything to do with starting or stopping the FreeSSH NT Service.

It's about FreeSSHs not accepting any connections (from the internet) anymore. Only at home I discover that FreeSSHd has frozen and does not respond to NT Service STOP requests. Only killing the app works.

This makes FreeSSHd (1.05) unreliable for use.
